In renting the costume(s) or prop(s) from Jeffrey
Chung Models Costume Rental, the following terms and conditions apply.
- ) RENTAL
PERIOD/ OUR BUSINESS HOURS
The costume is agreed to be rented for 3 working
days, commencing on the day the costume or prop is taken away, and must be returned on or before the third working
day during our business hours, 12pm to 7 pm (Mondays to Fridays, excluding
public holidays/ Saturday/ Sunday).
- ) PAYMENT
100% rental fee plus another 100% of rental fee as deposit
is payable when the costume or prop is taken away. The deposit is refundable
upon return of the costumes or props on time and in the same condition
as when it was taken away.
- ) FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT
The deposit (if any) will be forfeited under any of the following circumstances:
- damage within repair, including cases where
special or extra laundry is necessary;
- damage beyond repair, including irremovable
stains
- late return
- 100% forfeiture per set per day
4) LOSS
In any case(s) of loss of costumes, customers are liable to pay individual
items accordingly (S$300.00 and above per item).
5) REPLACEMENT FEE
In addition to the forfeiture of deposit, a replacement fee of 100%
to 300% of the rental fee will be levied for:
- damage beyond repair including irremovable
stains
- loss
- no return
6) RESERVATION
(a) Costumes and props may be reserved in advance.
(b) 100% rental fee is payable in advance on the day of reservation,
otherwise no reservation will be made, subject to final availability.
(c) The full deposit of 100% of the rental fee is payable on the day
the costume(s) or props(s) or taken away. The deposit will be refunded
upon return of the costume(s) or prop(s) during our business hours if
it is in the same condition as when it was taken away.
7) LAUNDRY
Laundering will be done by Jeffrey Chung Models Costume Rental at
no additional cost, except where extra or special laundering is required.
For changes in such circumstances, please refer to paragraphs 3(a) and
5(a).
8) ALTERATIONS
No alterations must be made to the costumes or props, otherwise considered
as sold at S$300.00 and above per set, regardless of the condition of
the costume when it was rented out.
9) LIABILITY
Jeffrey Chung Models Costume Rental will not be responsible in any
way for any accident or damage resulting from the use of the costume(s)
or prop(s), from whatever cause arising.
10) RESPONSIBILITY
It is not Jeffrey Chung Models Costume Rental’s duty to chase for
the return of costume on time. It is the customer’s duty and responsibility
to arrange for the costume to be returned on time and in its original
condition during our business hours.
(a) Transport fee for collection of costume: Should you be unable
to return the costume on time, a transport fee of S$100.00 per way per
set of costume will be charged.
Jeffrey Chung Models Costume Rental reserves the right of discretion
in employing the above terms and conditions.
